If you prefer not to use a server at your site, Presensoft
provides an ASP solution that includes monitoring, backup
and archiving of your IM data on our servers.

retention.
Presensoft's ASP solution captures and retains more than
99.9% of all IM data. Data is only purged from the desktop
after it is successfully uploaded to the server, so there
is no single point of failure in our product architecture.
If the Presensoft server becomes unavailable, the data
remains on the desktop until the server comes back on
line. Presensoft stores your data for a period of up to
seven years even if you stop using our service. |

connections to each enclosure ensure the highest levels
of availability for monitoring purposes.
