David
Pulaski, CEO of Presensoft Inc is instrumental
in leading all aspects of the company's growth
from strategy making to its execution. With
10 years of rich experience in sales in the
software industry, Mr. Pulaski is the driving
force behind the company’s business
development and sales strategies. The other
responsibilities that Mr. Pulaski shares include
overseeing financial operations and product
development.
Prior to this, Mr. Pulaski designed and led
the sales activities for BindView Corporation
as the vice president of worldwide sales and
support. Recently, Symantec purchased BindView
for $ 210 million in cash. During this period,
Mr. Pulaski was instrumental in increasing
sales revenue of BindView from $ 1 million
to more than $ 85 million annually. In Mr.
Pulaski’s tenure, BindView completed
successful business transactions with more
than 75 per cent of the Fortune 100 companies.
Red Herring Magazine later listed David Pulaski’s
name in the Top 25 IPOs of 1998, an achievement
worth a mention.

| Eric Pulaski, Chairman |
Eric
J Pulaski, Chairman on the board of Presensoft
Inc. is the founder and CEO of Lightbulb Technology
Partners Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Prior
to starting Lightbulb Technology Partners,
Eric founded BindView Corporation in May 1990
and served as the company’s Chairman
and CEO through a successful IPO in 1998 and
ultimately, the sale of BindView to Symantec
Corporation in January 2006.
Eric has over twenty years of experience with
custom software development and system integration;
over fifteen years experience in the development
of systems management and security software
for distributed networks; and over five years
experience with full life cycle, offshore
product development.

| Stephen McGinnis,
VP Sales |
As
the Vice President of corporate sales, Steve
McGinnis manages several areas of Presensoft’s
operations. McGinnis is responsible for developing
and managing the vision and strategies associated
with the global sales force and marketing
strategies. McGinnis also oversees all the
technical resources that support Presensoft’s
sales.
Steve McGinnis joined Presensoft's executive staff in early 2007, bringing over 13 years of successful experience building and managing multi-million dollar enterprise software sales organizations. Prior to joining Presensoft, Steve held executive sales management positions at both public and private software companies and has played roles in two successful IPO’s. His background includes roles with Guidance Software, Computer Associates, and BindView Development.
Steve holds a B.S. from the University of Houston.
